You can easily insert transparency into an image or blur it in Microsoft Word. In some cases, there is a need to use this feature where we didn’t want to show a picture clearly, or we could not want to see it clearly with our naked eye. So there is an option in Microsoft Word to fix It.
How to Add Blur or Transparency to an Image in Microsoft Word
Here’s how to do so:
First, all you need is to select the picture in Microsoft Word you want to add transparency or blur. Then right-click on the picture and select “Format picture”.
Now, on the right sidebar, choose the picture icon. Then, scroll down a bit and select “Picture Corrections Options.”
Next, use the Sharpness slider or a percentage box to reduce the sharpness of the picture. In the Sharpness slider, you can see an option of transparency; you can set its range as much as you want. Plus, you may also go to the effects for the blur, where you will see different options to set it.
You’ll now see the adjustments to the sharpness simultaneously.
Maybe you would prefer to make your image a little more transparent rather than blur it for your specific document. You can do this in the same area as above.
