In the most delinquent release of Chrome, Google has rolled out the Memory Saver feature and Energy Saver feature that is planned to offer you a softer and more immersive web browsing experience.
Memory Saver
First, let’s begin the discussion with the Memory-Saver feature. This feature will preserve RAM for your PC from the inactive tabs. And with that, you will have rapid browsing as there are no other tabs depleting resources.

Energy Saver
