But, I will recommend you to download Play Store applications. To read messages you have to download WhatsRemoved from the Play Store and follow the below-mentioned steps.
Install WhatsRemoved application.
Allow access to the notifications and agree to the Term and Conditions.
Select the Whatsapp from the list to read deleted messages.
Now, when someone deletes the sent messages, you will get a notification from WhatsRemoved.
To read the deleted message tap on the notification.
