What is Email Tracking?

Stop Email Tracking Using Gmail
Go to your Gmail account, and navigate to the Settings using the gear icon at the top right corner. A pop-up menu will appear; select “See all settings” to open the settings menu.
In the “General” tab, scroll down a bit and click on the “Images” section. Next, check the option for “Ask before displaying external images.” Now, click “Save changes” at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
From now on, Gmail will not automatically show the images, protecting you from predatory tracking pixels in marketing emails.
