Microsoft Excel has a Ribbon display option feature that allows you to customize the Ribbon and also the Tabs that appear top of the screen. Sometimes you need much space as possible on the screen to view a document, you can collapse the Ribbon and then restore it very simple. The Ribbon has multiple display options to fit your preferences, but with an errant click, you can unintentionally hide or show your Ribbon. If you want to customize the Ribbon option display then you may follow the following steps.
Hide the Ribbon
Click on the Ribbon display options icon on the top-right corner of your document. It is to the left of the MInimize window icon.
In this menu that opens, look for the Show Tabs option and click on it to show the Ribbon with all tabs.
Now you can see the change in the Excel window. You can also show or hide your commands in the Ribbon by the pressing Ctrl+F1 shortcut key.
Show the Ribbon
Go to the small icon which is located at the top-right corner of the Excel window. It is to the left of the Minimize window.
In this menu look for the Show Tabs and Commands option and click on it to show the tabs and commands.
Then all the Tabs appear on the screen.
