By default, Windows 10 comes with the same cursor as Windows 8. The users who love to customize their OS are bored with the same set of cursors in all previous versions of Windows. If you want to customize your Mouse cursor and want to change the color, then follow the following steps.
Go to the Start menu and click on the Setting app to open it.
The Setting app is opened look for the Ease to Access and click on it.
On the left side of the Ease to Access section screech for the Cursor & Pointer and click on it.
Then select the colorful Cursor box and Select the color of the Pointer that you want to keep.
You can also select the custom color that you want. Just click on the Pick up a custom color.
When you click on it a small new window appears and you can select the custom color of the Pointer and click the Done button.
