Microsoft has bought some affirmative changes in the development model for Windows 10 devices. In the past, developers needed to acquire a developer license from Microsoft which had to be renewed every two to three months. If you are running a recent version of the Windows 10 OS then you may have noticed a new “For developer” option in the operating system settings. Developer Mode will help you to test and debug your apps. This mode is very useful because it has removed the wait of getting a developer license from Microsoft. Even if you choose this mode, you can still sideload apps or install and test apps that have not been developed on the computer. This will unnecessarily put the security of your computer at stake.
Steps to Enable the Developer Mode
First of all click on the Start button and select the Setting app
    Start menu to open Setting

Then look for the Security and Updates and click on it.
    Select Security and Updates

In the left panel, click on the For developer’s options.
    Click For Developer

Select the Developer mode to activate this mode.
    Select the Developer Mode

Then confirm if you want to turn on Developer Mode. Click OK to confirm.
    Click OK
