Sometimes, we need to flip back and forth between two worksheets in order to compare numbers, copy and paste entries, or create formulas. In these instances, it much easier to look at two sheets side by side. We face a lot of difficulties in completing our tasks more accurately. To solve this problem Microsoft Excel introduces the feature to compare more than one worksheet at one time. We can use the new window option in Excel to create a split-screen view of the sheet we want to look at simultaneously. If you want to want to open more then one worksheet at one time then follow the below steps.

Go to the Start menu, type Excel in the Screech bar, and click on it to open it.

    Start menu to open Excel

Click on the Blank Workbook to open blank worksheets.

    Select Blank Document

Then click on the View tab and click again on the New Window option.

    Select view and new window

When you click on its new Excel window is open. Click on the View tab and click again on Arrange All options.

    Select view and arrange

A small window is open which contains some arrange options. Select you’re arranging option and press the OK button.

    Click OK

Then you will see that your whole screen is divided into two Excel worksheets.
