If you are a Windows 10 user and you want to resize an image. Then, Windows 10 allows you to resize the images on your desktop. Image resizing allows you to reduce its pixel. Generally, image resizing is used to change the pixels of the picture.
Resize Image
In order to resize an image on your desktop, you have to need an application. There are many third-party applications that are used to complete this task. But, here I am using the Windows 10 built-in tool to resize the image. This application is already installed in your Windows 10.
Open the photo in the Photo app you want to resize. Click on the three dots button at the right top corner.
Then select the Resize (third option).
A new top-up Windows is open. This window will be opened with different options for resizing your picture. You can also change the pixel of the picture that you want by clicking on the Define custom dimension.
Here, you can set the Width and Height of the picture and also set the quality of the picture. After that click on the Save Resize copy.
Resize With Snagit
If you want to resize images with third-party applications. Then follow the below-mentioned steps.
- First of all, open the image in the Snagit app.
- Click on the Image tab and select the Images Resize option from the drop-down menu.
- Set the image Width and Height, resolution of the picture, and click on the OK.
