Apple Event was held in California on October 13 2020 and introduced the first 5g enabled iPhone which is iPhone 12.

- iPhone 12 is 1st set in the iPhone series which is 5g enabled. Apple claims that 5g will bring a new level of performance for downloads and uploads, higher quality video streaming, more responsive gaming, real-time interactivity and so much more.
- iP12 is available in Five colors Black, White, Red, Green, and Gorgeous blue.
- iP12 has a 6.1-inch display same as iPhone 11.
- As compared to iPhone 11 iPhone 12 is 11% thinner,15% smaller in volume, and 16% lighter.
- iP12 has a Super Retina XDR display.
- With the new OLED display, iPhone 12 has a higher resolution with twice as many pixels as iP11.
- iP12 has now 460 pixels per inch.
- iP12 uses Ceramic Shield.
- Ceramic Shield is tougher than any smartphone glass, it makes the iPhone more durable than ever.
- iPhone 12 has Smart Data mode, when the iPhone does not need 5G speed iP12 automatically uses LTE to save battery but the instant 5G speeds do matter, iPhone starts using it.
- iPhone 12 has A14 Bionic, the fastest chip ever in a smartphone.
- Apple claims that A14 Bionic also combines with our cameras and powerful software to deliver the new dual-camera system of the iP12.
