With Windows 10 latest update, aka 1903 Microsoft has introduced a new feature called Windows Sandbox. Windows Sandbox gives you virtual Windows 10 so that you can test your applications and run them in an isolated environment. Windows Sandbox destroys all the changes made during the session and gives you the new a fresh copy of Windows on every start. To enable Windows Sandbox, follow the following features.

Enable Windows Sandbox in Windows 10

Open control panel and then click on Program & Features.

In Program and Features, click on Turn Windows features on or off.

You will get a list of Windows features which can be turned on or off. Look for Windows Sandbox and select it. Once selected, click OK.

Once done, restart your computer. Now you can access Windows Sandbox from the start menu. Click to run it.

You can see that with Windows Sandbox, you will have the same Windows 10 with 1903 update.

Once you will close the Windows Sandbox, you will get the notification “Are you sure you want to close Windows Sandbox? Once Windows Sandbox is closed all of its content will be discarded and permanently lost.”
